Condition - to become a licensed seller of Hepros branded products:

1. for quality assurance of our products and the related service to your customers, you need to be available on telephone at "normal business hours". Customers must be able to ask questions about the product or e.g. for shipping and other information.
2. Pure sideline distributors who can not be reached during the day, can not become a distributor of our branded products.
3. Selling our goods on Ebay is prohibited and permitted only with explicit authorization from Hepros.
4. A retail space, like an own retail store is a prerequisite.
